KIDS

Love the Lord your God with all you heart, soul, and mind....
and Love your neighbor as yourself.

Matthew 22:37

Hope Kids exists to partner with parents in introducing their kids to true and lasting hope in the person of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to introduce your kids to the Living God and help you (as parents) lay a Biblical foundation that will encourage and equip your kids to be lifelong followers of Christ.

What we value

Learning

We desire to create an atmosphere of fun and engaged learning. The walk of faith is a process and not a destination. This is why we want to teach kids about who God is rather than just “cool stories”. We want to engage kid’s minds by teaching them the Scriptures in fun and age appropriate ways.

Worship

Worship starts with seeing God for who He is. If a person comes to experience who God is, they will respond by loving God and thanking Him for who He is. We teach kids how to do this in two ways: First, through age appropriate songs, and second, through intentional thanksgiving and prayer in small groups.

Community

God calls us to love our neighbors, and the best way to do that is through building friendships and learning how to encourage and help each other. We do this by having consistent volunteers who get to know your kids and help them build friendships with their classmates.

Safety

We value your child’s safety. That's why you'll receive a unique parent identification number each time you check in. Additionally, every volunteer is screened and participates in a background check. You may also notice that our hallways are monitored by security during each experience.

what to expect

During this season, we have taken a break from our usual Kids ministry setup. However, we still want to continue to equip you with resources to help in the discipleship of your kids. To do this, we will provide a lesson for your child to complete during the service each week.

These lessons are built for your child to learn more about our Savior and are divided according to age group and reading ability. Those with pre-K kids, there is a craft for your child to work on to keep their hands busy, too.

Remember, when your child completes any of the work on the craft or the lesson, have them meet their Hope Kids leader back at the table after service. They'll earn stickers toward prizes!

do you have any questions?

We'd love to hear from you.
